Goals of the Ecumenical Social Week:
- Bringing Christian and Jewish social service organizations together to work for the good of those in need.
- Establishing cooperation among different kinds of social service organizations, and in particular sharing the experience of Christian religious communities in this field.
- Presenting the social doctrine of Christian churches to modern society.
- Presenting concrete policy proposals concerning social issues.
- Inviting Christian youth to cooperate with social service organizations.
